Description

The College is soliciting proposals from qualified Energy Service Companies to perform an Investment Grade Audit (IGA) and develop an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) proposal with the goal of implementing energy and water savings projects. The College intends to select an ESCO to perform an energy efficiency project pursuant to Florida Statute 1013.23, Energy Efficiency Contracting. This ITN will be the basis of the College’s selection of an ESCO partner to take the project from an investment grade study to project development, design, construction, commissioning, and performance guarantee.
A qualified ESCO is a firm that is currently accredited by the National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO) as Energy Service Provider or Energy Service Company.
