The Districts are seeking bids from qualified individuals and companies to provide the work covered within this request for Lakewood Ranch at described areas in CDDs 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6. Each District intends to award to one (1) lowest responsive, responsible Bidder. Bidder is responsible to bid all items within to be considered responsive.

This is a one-time project. However, the District reserves the right to award this Invitation to Bid for additional work if it deems necessary.
