Summary of Specifications:
The Lakewood Ranch Community Development Districts 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 are seeking to award this Request for Proposal to a qualified Proposer that will meet the requirements herein to provide Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation Services. The proposer must provide exceptional quality landscape, maintenance and irrigation services to the five (5) Lakewood Ranch Community Development Districts. The proposer shall submit all cost associated with this service to include all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies and maintain all related landscaping areas and systems required to fulfill this service in accordance with the scope of work/specifications contained within this RFP.
