Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking proposals from qualified contractor(s) to complete interior remodeling of Tarpon Springs Head start area. The interior remodeling includes relocating a fire alarm panel, removal and disposal of existing flooring, installation of new LVP, installation of new cove base, removal of kitchen hood, supply install kitchen cabinets, remove one toilet and vanity and replace with two pee wee toilets for small children with a partition between two pee wee toilets, and supply and install three (3) standalone child hand wash stations. Removal and dispose of ceiling tile and grid in kitchen area. Supply and install new 2’ x 2’ ceiling tile grid and ceiling tile, replace HVAC air supply and diffusers, and Installation of adult bathroom located near kitchen.

PRE-BID MEETING--MANDATORY
A mandatory pre-bid meeting (walkthroughs) will be held on Tuesday, January 17th, 2023 at the site location Tarpon Spring Center at 516 S Huey Ave Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689. All bidders interested in responding to this RFP must have at least one representative of their organization sign in attendance on Pre-Bid Meeting Vendor sheet. Please email Dakota Wilkinson at lsfprocurement@lsfnet.org to RSVP no later than Monday, January 16th by noon. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting will not be allowed to participate further in the RFP process.

LSF will meet with interested parties for the walkthrough Tuesday January 17th at 10:00 AM EST at Tarpon Spring Center at 516 S Huey Ave Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689. After completion of the walkthrough at this building, bidders will have time to complete measurements, take photos, etc. This will be the only time allowed in these areas for the purpose of the bid(s)
