Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking proposals from responsible, qualified, and experienced contractors to modify an existing cooler space into a multi functional room as outlined in the attached scope and specifications in attached RFP document. Work is to be completed at our Head Start Building located at 2390 9th Ave S. St Petersburg, FL 33712 in Pinellas County.
A pre-bid meeting (walkthrough) will be held on Thursday January 20th, 2022 at 1:00 PM EST meeting at the site location. All bidders interested in responding to this RFP must have at least one representative of their organization in attendance. Bidders must attend in order to participate in this RFP process. In order to participate in the pre-bid meeting, bidders must register by noon on January 19th, 2022 by emailing Dakota Wilkinson at Dakota.wilkinson@lsfnet.org . Bidders failing to register for, or attend, the pre-bid meeting may not be allowed to participate further in the RFP process.
