Sealed bids may be submitted for any or all mosquito products and must be received at the District’s Office located at 5655 41st Street, Vero Beach, by 3:00 PM on Monday, November 24, 2025.

Bids will be opened publicly on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM during a public meeting.

Awards will be announced at the IRMCD Board Meeting on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 9:00 AM.

Sealed bid shall be clearly marked as “ITB2025-04: Larvicide and Adulticide Products” and either hand delivered Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM or mailed to the address below. Bids must comply with the requirements set for product bids.
