Fairpoint Regional Utility System, Inc is soliciting bids from qualified Vendors to deliver 150-lb. chlorine cylinders for the disinfection and treatment of potable water at six (6) water well sites in the East Milton, FL area. It is anticipated that FRUS will require approximately 220, 150-pound cylinders, per year.

Sumbit bids In a sealed envelope (or other packaging) and provide one (1) original with manual signature (so identified) and one (1) copy.
Bids must be in the possession of Fairpoint Regional Utility System, Inc to be considered.
Bids may be mailed or delivered to the Purchasing Department at 8574 Turkey Bluff Road, Navarre, FL 32566, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid name (F-CL22024)
Do not include any tax with your bid. Fairpoint Regional Utility System, Inc is exempt from federal, state and local taxes.
Regardless of the method of delivery, each bidder shall be responsible for his/her bid(s) being delivered on time, as FRUS assumes no responsibility for same.
Bids offered or received after the submission deadline may be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder.
Bidders must use the Bid Form included in this RFQ package.
Bids are due by 3:00 p.m. (central time) on November 22, 2023. A decision on award presently scheduled for November 28, 2023.
