Prospective bidders or their representatives are required to attend a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING at the Project Address on Tuesday April 16, 2024 10:00AM. Existing conditions may be observed immediately afterward. The Design Professional will conduct the meeting and the Owner will review the eligibility of prospective bidders. Prospective bidders who have not contracted with the School Board within two years prior to the scheduled bid opening date are encouraged to bring a completed Contractor’s Qualification Statement (AIA Form A305) to this meeting.
