Description

This project consists of the construction of a new 11,602 square foot fire station located in Hernando County, FL. Building work includes exterior and interior finishes, equipment, electrical systems, mechanical systems, fire protection, traffic signalization, septic system and plumbing. Site work includes new exterior signage, new sidewalks, asphalt, concrete driveway, parking, retaining wall, septic drain field, site storm water drainage, wildlife management, environmental management and landscape improvements. The structure is composed of concrete slabs on grade, structural brick walls, stucco on concrete masonry unit walls, interior metal stud framing, and TPO roofing on steel joists over metal deck.

Representatives of Owner will be present to discuss the project. Bidders are required to attend and participate in the conference. THIS CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ONLY ONCE AND FAILURE TO ATTEND AND SIGN IN SHALL DISQUALIFY ANY BIDDER NOT ATTENDING FROM SUBMITTING A BID. ATTENDEES MUST BE PRESENT AT THE START OF THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE. ARRIVAL AFTER THE START OF THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE SHALL BE CAUSE FOR DISQUALIFICATION.
