Gulf Coast State College is seeking proposals from qualified firms to complete a comprehensive classification and compensation study that will determine whether the existing classification and compensation schedules are competitive with today’s market of comparable entities, as well as address the internal relationships within the organization to help determine proper equity. The chosen firm will make recommendations to the College based on requirements set forth in the RFP #2-2023/2024 document.
