Bids shall be delivered prior to 2:00 PM CT on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 to Gulf Coast State College, Procurement Department, Administration Building, Room 126, 5230 West US Highway 98, Panama City, FL 32401.
Late submittals will not be accepted. After the closing time, bids will be opened for the sole purpose of recording the names of the firms submitting. Respondents are cautioned that they are responsible for delivery to the College Procurement Department. Therefore, if your bid packet is delivered by an express mail carrier or by any other means, it is your responsibility to ensure delivery to the Procurement Department. College Procurement will not be responsible for deliveries made to any other College locations.
