Description

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to secure the services of commercial plumbing contractors on an indefinite quantity, as-needed basis. Contractors will provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor for interior and exterior plumbing maintenance and repair services at Florida SouthWestern State College, inclusive of its Lee, Collier, and Charlotte campuses, as well as the Hendry-Glades Center. This contract is non-exclusive, and the College does not guarantee a minimum value for any resulting agreements. Additionally, the College does not guarantee work related to new construction or renovations managed by construction management firms.
