This solicitation is for the purchase of paper and cleaning supplies for school cafeterias for the period beginning April 21, 2014 and ending April 30, 2015. If offering a brand and/or product OTHER THAN AS SPECIFIED, SAMPLES ARE REQUIRED. Bidding products that are not listed as approved without submitting samples will result in your bid not being accepted. See RFP for details. All items, and all pages of all items, listed in Special Conditions, Section III, A must be returned with your proposal. It is suggested that you contact the Purchasing Agent on Page 1 to review these requirements.
