220803 - Grounds Maintenance Services

The School District of Escambia County is soliciting sealed written proposals to establish an Agreement to provide grounds maintenance services for forty (40) facilities throughout the District. Facilities will be grouped together in units of no more than six (6) locations. Refer to Section IV on Pages 10 – 11 for the Specifications and Scope of Work required in this Agreement. The District reserves the right to award by group to multiple Responders or by overall total to a single Responder. The group(s) awarded to Responder(s) shall be decided per Section VII on Pages 12 – 13. Upon mutual written agreement and approval of the School Board of Escambia County, Florida, an Agreement will be issued in one (1) year increments for up to a total of five (5) years subject to the availability of lawfully appropriated funds. The initial term of the Agreement(s) shall be April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023. All pricing proposed herein shall be firm throughout the first year of the Agreement.
