The purpose of this RFP is to secure the best competitive prices for fresh, high-quality, seasonal, and local produce and establish a cost plus fixed fee per carton/case/unit contract for the direct delivery of fresh produce to Escambia County School District Cafeterias. The first term will be effective from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 with four (4) one-year renewal options available upon mutual consent of both parties, with the first period beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025.
