221303 - Fire Suppression System Services

The School District of Escambia County is soliciting sealed written proposals to establish an Agreement to provide preventive maintenance and as-needed repair and/or replacement of fixed water-based fire sprinklers and clean agent fire suppression systems throughout the District. Upon mutual written agreement and approval of the School Board of Escambia County, Florida, an Agreement will be issued in one (1) year increments for up to a total of five (5) years subject to the availability of lawfully appropriated funds. The initial term of the Agreement(s) shall be June 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023. All pricing proposed shall be firm throughout the first year of the Agreement.
