260604 - Custodial Supplies

The purpose of this Bid is to establish a multi-year Agreement for the purchase of various custodial supplies on an as needed basis. Upon mutual written agreement and approval of the School Board of Escambia County, Florida, an Agreement will be issued in one (1) year increments for up to a total of five (5) years. The initial term of the Agreement shall be January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. All pricing proposed herein shall be firm throughout the first year of the Agreement.
Samples for alternate brands shall be sent to: Escambia County School District, Custodial Services, 30 E Texar Dr., Building 4, Pensacola, FL 32503, and must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2025. Refer to Section II, Paragraph T and Section III, Paragraph J. No samples will be accepted for evaluation after the Friday, November 7, 2025 deadline.
