The City of Zephyrhills has been advised Critical Mention is a single source service to provide medial contact database for the City of Zephyrhills of mentioned or printed materials listing Zephyrhills in Television, Radio, Online News, Licensed & Print Content, Social Media, Podcasts. Real Time or Digest Alert notification. This database will be able to perform searches, list building, export analytics charts by media type, and include e-mail outreach.

This software will enable the City to keep apprised of all traditional and non-traditional media mentions about the City, with the ability to respon when necessary. Currently there are more than 23 governmental agencies throughout the State of Florida which use Critical Mention for their media sourcing.
