Description

The City is seeking a licensed Florida State Certified Contractor for the renovation of the exterior and interior of the Jeffries Carriage House located at 38537 5th Avenue. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment for the accomplishment of all work as described in the contract documents and plans. Some of the work to be performed includes electrical, HVAC, plumbing, cabinetry, roof and flooring.

In addition, the City is requesting this renovation project to be used to demonstrate restoration best practices to the general public by providing at least two (2) or more public workshops. Some examples of workshops could be refinishing floors, restoring original windows, installing wooden doors and Hardie siding.

The City of Zephyrhills will be issuing Certificate of Entitlements to the Contractor when possible for the purchase of materials on this project to eliminate the sales tax incurred by the contractor for this project.
