ITQ 2026-0320-002 - Congregate Meal Service Preparation and Delivery

The purpose of this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) is to solicit qualified vendors to provide bulk meal delivery services for a City-operated elderly congregate meal site serving 50 persons aged 60 and older located at the South Shore Community Center at 833 6 street. The selected vendor will ensure high-quality, nutritious, and culturally appropriate meals that comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing senior nutrition programs. The vendor will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of the nutritious meals to the South Shore Community Center by 9:30 am Monday thru Friday, with the exception of holidays, or unless specified by the City. 

Award of ITQ does not grant the successful Bidder(s) exclusive rights or any guarantee of work to provide the services. The maximum expenditure allowed under this ITQ is limited to $85,000.
