THE PURPOSE OF THIS SOLICITATION IS TO ESTABLISH A CONTRACT FOR REPAIR SERVICES FOR THE MOORING SYSTEM OFF DINNER KEY MARINA AND WATSON ISLAND.
FAILURE TO UPLOAD THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WILL RENDER YOUR BID NON-RESPONSIVE:

CERTIFICATION STATEMENT;
CERTIFICATION SECTION;
ATTACHMENT B-BID PRICE SHEET;
ATTACHMENT C-ANTI-HUMAN TRAFFICKING AFFIDAVIT (MUST BE NOTARIZED); AND
ATTACHMENT D-CERTFICATION REGARDING LOBBYING FORM.

ALL UPLOAD SHALL BE IN THE PDF FILE FORMAT. NO OTHER FILE FORMAT WILL BE ACCEPTED BY THE CITY.
