The City of Hialeah Construction and Maintenance Department is proposing to remove the exterior concrete walkway and install a new concrete walkway at JFK Library located at 190 W. 49th ST. The Agreement to be awarded under this ITB will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, which will be as required in the specific purchase orders. No compensation will accrue, be owed, or paid to the Successful Bidder unless a purchase order has been issued and the product has been delivered and accepted by the City.
