The City is seeking the replacement of 82 (MFP) multi-function copiers. The lease shall be for
48 months and, the replacement machines shall be new, not refurbished machines. The 82
machines are estimated to produce 4.5 million copies per year. The City seeks pricing on a per
MFP copier from the Proponent and a CPC (cost per click) inclusive of all fees, charges,
surcharges, and taxes to provide the foregoing, and all labor, materials, tools, supplies, parts,
components, and equipment necessary to provide regular and systematic copier maintenance. The
The city shall determine and instruct the successful Proponent as to the locations where the copiers shall be installed. The proponent shall incur all delivery and installation costs. At a minimum, service calls from the City to the Proponent before noon shall be addressed the same day, and service calls in the evening addressed the following morning during normal business hours.
