519 - Sodium Hypochlorite (Co-Op)

The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed firm(s), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor or Bidder, to provide Sodium hypochlorite for the City, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid (IFB). This is a cooperative IFB issued by the City of Fort Lauderdale on behalf of the Southeast Florida Governmental Cooperative Purchasing Group.

This is an initial two (2) year contract with two, one (1) year renewal terms.

The Procurement Services Division has “GONE LIVE” with a new supplier registration and strategic sourcing system. The Procurement Services Division has implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP System is INFOR. As an enterprise system, one of the various modules is the Supplier Portal. The Supplier Portal is the gateway that allows for the City and Suppliers to connect and conduct business. The Supplier Portal is a one-stop electronic commerce exchange enabling suppliers interested in conducting business with the City to register as a supplier, respond to sourcing events/solicitations, and update their supplier information at any time.
