453 - Removal of Derelict Vessels

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a pool contract for the removal of derelict vessels, on an as needed basis, as specified herein, from sources, fully compliant with the terms, conditions and stipulations of the solicitation. The derelict vessels are located within areas typically used by marine recreational interests in the City.  Please note that all questions and bid submittals must be submitted through Infor (link below) and not BidNet. Direct links are provided below. 

The Procurement Services Division has “GONE LIVE” with a new supplier registration and strategic sourcing system. The Procurement Services Division has implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP System is INFOR. As an enterprise system, one of the various modules is the Supplier Portal. The Supplier Portal is the gateway that allows for the City and Suppliers to connect and conduct business. The Supplier Portal is a one-stop electronic commerce exchange enabling suppliers interested in conducting business with the City to register as a supplier, respond to sourcing events/solicitations, and update their supplier information at any time.
