HOUSING REHABILITATION FOR NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES DIVISION
PURPOSE: The purpose of this Solicitation is to receive quotes from qualified bidders to:
Install Hurricane Clips,Tear Off Existing Room and Install New Roof,Replace Soffit and Fascia, Install Impact Windows, Install Prehung Exterior Impact Door, Install Prehung Exterior Door with Impact Glass, Paint the house completely, Replace Porch Railing, Install new Closet Door, Install Interior Door, Install Base and Wall Cabinets and Countertop, Install Medicine Cabinet, Prepare Walls Ceiling and Paint Interior Completely, Replace Kitchen Sink and Disposal, Install Vanity with Sink, Install Toilet, Replace Tub/Shower Combination, Install Range Hood, Install Exhaust Fan, Install Exterior Security Light Fixture.
Questions and Answers: The city provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requiremnets of the solictation. All questions or clarifications inquiries must be submitted through http://www.bidnetdirect.com/cityofdelraybeach.
PRE-BID SITE VISIT
The City will hold a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit on April 11, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M., (LOCAL TIME). The Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held at Job Site Located at

Bid Allowance Amounts: This solicitation includes a pass-thru allowance. It is necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. Bidnet Direct does not automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and it will not be reflected on the final bid tabulation. Undefined General Allowance ($3,000).
The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
Quotes will be accepted through a secure mailbox at Bidnet Direct ( http://www.bidnetdirect.com/cityofdelraybeach) until the Deadline for Submission as indicated in this Quick Quote.
Late Bids will not be accepted. The City will only accept electronic bids for this Quick Quote.
