14. Remove Tub and Install ADA Shower Unit
15. Install Vanity W/Sink
16. Install Interior Light Fixture

19. Replace toilet with Raised ADA Style Unit
20. Install Interior Light Fixture
21. Install Base and Wall Cabinets and Countertop
Questions and Answers: The city provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solictation. All questions or clarifications inquiries must be submitted through http://www.bidnetdirect.com/cityofdelraybeach.
The sollicitation is open to the public and to the vendors approved by the City of Delray Beach.

The City will hold a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit on January 29, 2026 @ 10:00 A.M., (LOCAL TIME). The Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held at Job Site Located at:

Bid Allowance Amounts: This solicitation includes a pass-thru allowance. It is necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. Bidnet Direct does not automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and it will not be reflected on the final bid tabulation. Undefined General Allowance ($3,000).
The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.

Late Bids will not be accepted. The City will only accept electronic bids for this Quick Quote.
