Description

The The Bay Park Conservancy, Inc. seeks a Restaurateur to lease and operate a full-service restaurant within The Bay Park. Based on a response to this RFP, BPC intends to select the Proposer that provides the best experience, value, quality, fits with the Park’s Guiding Principles, focuses on delivering a delightful park guest experience and proposes financial terms sustainable for both parties. The Proposer is responsible for providing all the necessary information to fulfill the requirements of this RFP as posted on https://www.thebaysarasota.org/

This request will result in an award based on this RFP. The Proposer will be expected to work with BPC towards a lease upon award, based on the timetable in the aforementioned schedule.
