This is a Sole Source notice as required by Florida Statutes 287.057(3)(c). The Public Works Department for the City needs turtle monitoring and protection measures. As required by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, to provide sea turtle monitoring, nest evatuation and protective measures for the beach nourishment and dune projects. Mote is the FWC approved agency to preform this work on Lido Beach.
