The City of Sarasota, through the Office of the City Auditor and Clerk, is soliciting proposals from qualified Individuals / Firms to provide services for the Transcription and Closed Captioning of Televised Public Meetings. The Office of the City Auditor and Clerk is responsible for the Communications and Television Services Division, which broadcasts and records City Commission and Planning Board meetings and workshops. This Division is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the City's government access channel and various other Audio/Video services, including television production, program development, scheduling, and interactions relating to video records requests.
