This is a Sole Source notice as required by Florida Statutes 287.057(3)(c). The Public Works Department for the City request is for Trail counters and display counters that will be installed at different locations throughout the city. The trail counters capture trail usage data to support data-driven decision making for future connections. The trail counters will use Trail-GO grant funding, which the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) has approved the sole source procurement method for the Eco-Counters. The Trail-GO funds need to be expended prior to December 31, 2025.
