Summary of Specifications:
To provide all necessary labor, equipment and materials for the services specified, estimated total (current) acreage to maintain is 219.51 acres (or 9,561,855.60 square feet). Services to include and not limited to: mow the City medians, properties and rights-of-ways; neatly edge and trim around all plant beds, curbs, streets, trees, plant, buildings; blow off all roadways, walkways and curbs that have any debris; debris clippings shall NOT be blown into storm-water system or remain on curbs, walkways and/or roadways; debris clippings shall be blown away from water sources, ponds and streams; as well as the clearing and mowing of privately owned lots and/or parcels of grass, weeds, underbrush, other vegetation, junk, rubbish and trash; on an "as needed" basis.
