The City of Sarasota is requesting qualifications from consulting firms to update the Sarasota Downtown Master Plan 2020 (Plan). The scope of work to include a review and anaylsis of existing conditions, identifying needs, and developing recommended solutions.

The anticipated timeline will be evaluations to be held in November, interviews and negotiations in December, and approval by Commission in January. Once dates are confirmed, notifications will be added to Bidnet.
