The City of Sarasota is soliciting bids for painting of interior and exteriors of structures, as well as pressure washing. The pricing submitted on the attached Exhibit B Price Proposal shall be valid for the contract period of three (3) years. The contract may be renewed for two (2) additional one-year periods. The contractor has the option to submit pricing changes in advance of renewals, following the three-year-based contract period.
