Description

The City of Port Richey is a coastal community along the Gulf Coast in southwest Florida. The City has funds budgeted to purchase a vessel (boat) and trailer to provide law enforcement on the water for its citizens. Since Port Richey has both inland bays and coastal waters, the boat must be able to work in shallow waters but must also be seaworthy for offshore responses into Gulf waters.
