23003 - CITY OF PORT RICHEY COMMUNITY REDELOPMENT AGENCY PLAN

The purpose of this project is to develop a new Community Redevelopment Plan. The focus areas of the 2023 Plan will include all of the City, with the exception of Harborpointe Subdivision, Sand Pebble Condominiums, and Ebbtide Lane. The Community Redevelopment Plan is the enabling document that encompasses all the elements which may be undertaken to remove slum and blight and redevelop the Redevelopment Areas. This Plan will be realized through the collaboration of the residents of Port Richey, business and property owners, and the City.
