ITB-13-07-08 - Right of Way Infrastructure Improvements - South Pointe Phase II

Summary of Specifications:
The Work specified in this bid package, and corresponding contract, comprises the construction of the infrastructure site work for the Right of Way Infrastructure Improvement Program - South Pointe Phase II Streetscape Improvements. The work will include, but not be limited to, site preparation, earthwork, demolition, storm drainage, road and walkway paving, water, lighting, planting, irrigation, and graphics. The Prime Contractor should be a utility contractor, performing at least 50% of the work with his/her own workforce.
