PUBLIC NOTICE Sealed proposals, as detailed herein, will be received until 3:00 PM on, June 18, 2013, at the following address: City of Miami Beach City Hall Procurement Division – Third Floor 1700 Convention Center Drive Miami Beach, Florida 33139 ANY PROPOSAL RECEIVED AFTER 3:00 PM ON THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE PROPOSER UNOPENED, AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS BEFORE THE STATED TIME AND DATE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PROPOSER. THE CITY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY MAIL, COURIER SERVICE, OR ANY OTHER ENTITY OR OCCURRENCE. The City utilizes PublicPurchase for automatic notification of bid opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this RFP. This system allows vendors to register online and receive notification of new bids, addendums and awards. Registration is available through www.publicpurchase.com. Any prospective proposer who has received this RFP by any means other than through PublicPurchase must register immediately with PublicPurchase to assure receipt of any addendum issued to this RFP. Prospective proposers are solely responsible for assuring they have received any addendum issued to this RFP. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of proposal submitted.
