The Work will be completed in all respects within 120 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Bidding Documents are only available via email. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders.
All proposals must be sealed with the firm name and solicitation number clearly marked on the outside of the envelope or package.
The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents.
In order to perform public work, Bidders shall hold licenses as required by Florida State Statutes, and federal and local Laws and Regulations.
Bidders will be required to comply with Florida Trench Safety Act, FS 553.60 through 553.64, relating to the state’s trench safety standards.
