PROJECT: CITY HALL, FIRE STATION, AND LIBRARY REMODELING PROJECT
Scope of Work - The Work of this contract involves the interior remodeling of a portion of three different buildings owned by The City of Mary Esther, Florida as identified in the contract documents. Major components of the project include: The partial interior remodeling for the City Hall involving the enlargement of the Break Room (Approx. 292 SF) and the updating of wall finishes, ceilings, and lighting in two offices on the west side of the building. The remodeling of one existing restroom in the City of Mary Esther Fire Station, as well as adding a new restroom in an existing unfinished room. Both restrooms are approximately 90 SF each. New Front Service Desk in Library and other requirements are shown in the contract documents.

Pre-Bid Conference - A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Project Site on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 2:00 pm (CT). Potential Bidders are recommended to attend this meeting and encouraged to bring written questions for the Architect’s consideration and response by Addendum. Assemble in front of the City of Mary Esther City Hall, 195 Christobal Rd, Mary Esther, FL 32569 promptly at 2:00 pm. Last day for written questions will be Tuesday, September 12th 2023.
Bid Schedule - Sealed Bids are due Tuesday, September 26th, no later than 2:00 pm (CT) and will be opened in the City Hall, Chamber room, 195 Christobal Rd, Mary Esther, FL 32569.
Sealed Bids - may be mailed or delivered to The City of Mary Esther City Hall, 195 Christobal Rd, Mary Esther, FL. Attention: Jared Cobb City Manager, and must be received by 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 26th, 2023. Refer to the Bid Documents for all requirements.
