ITB-14-07 - State Avenue Paved Shoulder & Safety Improvement Project

Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of but is not limited to resurfacing State Avenue from Baldwin Road to State Road 390 (approximately 0.97 miles). Project includes construction of 5.5-foot wide shoulder pavement, road widening to extend the turn lane at Baldwin Road, drainage structure improvements, and guardrail replacement. The project is a Local Agency Program/Federal Aid Project (FPID: 429648-1-58-01, Federal Project: 4253-032-C). It is imperative that Contractors examine and become familiar with the Local Agency Program established by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). Funding for the project has been made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FDOT and the Federal Highway Administration.
