Summary of Specifications:
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) acting as the County Community Transportation Coordinator (CTC) is requesting proposals from qualified Operators for Demand Response Services, including, but not limited to demand response and other coordinated transportation services required by the Bay County Transportation Disadvantaged (BCTD) http://www.wfrpc.org/programs/bay-county-td. The CTC continues to experience growth in ridership and perceives the need for Demand Response Services to be of the utmost importance. Operators shall possess a Medwaiver number to operate in the State of Florida.
