Summary of Specifications:
It is the intention of this RFP to find a Contractor that is capable of designing and constructing a five thousand (5,000) square foot metal building for housing the Facilities Maintenance Shop. The location of the project is at 2728 East 14th Street, Panama City Florida. The Contractor shall be responsible for complete design and construction including engineering, building drawings, site preparation, slab and footers, building erection, plumbing, electrical service and distribution, HVAC, and all other work associated with complete construction. The work shall be done in conformance with the Design Criteria Package shown at ATTACHMENT 2. The design shall be reviewed and approved by the Bay County Public Works Department Engineering Division prior to commencement of construction. Three (3) sets of signed and sealed drawings shall be submitted to Bay County Builders Services for the Building Permit.
