Summary of Specifications:
This will be a task order contract to do small paving jobs, Participating Paving Projects (PPP), and other pavement maintenance projects as required by the County. A typical project could be ½ mile to 1 ½ miles long and valued at $120,000 to $350,000. The work will consist of, but not be limited to: swale construction, sub-grade stabilization, grading, construction of driveway transitions, paving with hot-mix asphalt and/or open graded asphalt, edge sodding, and hydro-seeding. Contractor’s specific scope of work, level of effort, time schedule, charges, and payment conditions shall be set forth in a written Task Order. Each Task Order shall be executed by authorized representatives of the County and Contractor.
