Summary of Specifications:
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking Qualifications from firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection Services and Resident Compliance Specialist (RCS) Services for the Thomas Drive Pedestrian Facilities Phase V Design/Build Project. The construction consists of a sidewalk on the north side of Daniel Street from N. Lagoon Drive to Thomas Drive, sidewalk on both sides of Thomas Drive from N. Lagoon Drive to Laird Street, and sidewalk on both sides of Patronis Drive from Thomas Drive to the entrance of Patronis Elementary School. Construction also includes, but is not limited to, associated drainage work, pedestrian crossings at Alligator Bayou, pedestrian cross walk striping, and upgrading intersections with pedestrian signals and controllers.
