The Table below, lists all of the currently active licenses for which WMATA requires support from FY25 to FY29. 1 SPN-CPE5544-F- Windchill Advanced Qty 90; 2 SPN-CPE5543-F- Windchill Base Qty 120; 3 SPN-CPE5559-F- ThingWorx Navigate View Qty 75. The vendors will provide technical support for these products, which includes requests for information about product functionality and software upgrades and patches at no extra charge to WMATA. The vendor must provide product software maintenance support via: · Provide WMATA staff with access to download the latest Windchill software available using the PTC portal. · Deliver account credentials to the latest web support portal. · Deliver access to download the latest technical and support documentation available. · Provide the ability to raise Priority 1 support tickets. · Respond to WMATA’s Priority 1 technical support tickets within 1 business day. · Provide technical support during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. · Provide access to the support portal 24/7/365 unless there is scheduled maintenance.
