Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work includes All labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the requirements in the contract drawings and specifications to deliver a complete and useable facility for the replacement of an existing 14.5 MG underground water storage tank within its existing footprint. The tank is approximately 612 ft in length and 162 ft in width. There are 2 one-story historic brick buildings, M-6 McMillan Control House (North) and M-20 McMillan Flume Building, located on the roof of the existing clearwell that will be demolished. Following replacement of the clearwell, these brick buildings will be rebuilt in their current locations to match their historic exterior appearance. Reconstruction will be carried out in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, (36 CFR, Part 68). The North Clearwell Drain Valve Operator mechanism will be salvaged from building M-6, restored and reinstalled in an alternate location outside the building as indicated, along with an interpretive panel to be provided by others.
