Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for two Passenger Vehicles with specifications provided in Section 1 below. If you wish to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete all required sections of the attached documents, and submit your quotation to the address indicated on Standard Form 1449 included with this solicitation.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract or purchase order to multiple companies submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. The Government may award a contract or purchase order based on initial quotations without discussion. However, it reserves the right to hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if deemed necessary.
All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in English and sent via email to Dargsoprocurementbid@state.gov . Please include the following in the subject line of your email: "Question(s) – PR15509155 – Passenger Vehicles. The deadline for submitting questions is August 05, 2025, at 17:00 p.m. (East Africa Time). The U.S. Embassy will publish all questions and corresponding answers as soon as possible after this deadline.
Quotations are due by August 18, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. East Africa Time.
Late submissions will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted in English, and incomplete proposals will not be considered.
Quotations must be submitted electronically to Dargsoprocurementbid@state.gov . Ensure your submission meets the following requirements:
- File formats accepted: Microsoft Office Suite (2016 / Office 365), or PDF (Adobe Acrobat)
- Maximum email size, including the attachments: 30 MB
- If the total size exceeds 30 MB, split the submission into smaller files and send each in a separate email, ensuring that no single email exceeds 30 MB
The Subject line of your email must include solicitation number and your company name. Example: PR15363525-Mambo Poa Company.
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting their offer in accordance with FAR 4.1102. Failure to register prior to submission will result in your proposal being deemed non-responsible and ineligible for consideration.
