The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of a Paint Contractor Support Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to perform a variety of paint services in support of the Architect of the Capitol. It is the intent of the Government to award a BPA and Call Order 01 to the responsible quoter whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, shall be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
