The assigned temporary personnel follow clearly detailed procedures in performing the following tasks: 1) Assist Claims Examiners by ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims for injured workers. 2) Composes general correspondence pertaining to administrative matters, such as PowerPoint presentations, letters, memoranda, task orders, reports, etc. Reviews correspondence and documents that were prepared for signature of the supervisor or higher-level managers; and contacts appropriate officials or office when errors are identified. 3) Perform data entry, maintain records, prepare reports, handle routine inquiries, and manage administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, reviewing correspondences, issuing and tracking action items, and managing timetables. 4) Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring all correspondence is correctly logged, sorted, and delivered to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
